About Us
Project Integration was developed for the purpose of integrating the involved parties of the development and construction process. From the first conceptual cost estimate of a new project right through the final acceptance walk and turnover we believe that developers should have a knowledgeable and experienced representative to negotiate the land mines that if not caught in time will inevitably cost time, money, and possibly quality.
Danny Jordan has spent over 16 years working with the best Owners, Developers, Architects, and Contractors in the industry. These include Gables Residential, Lane Company, Thomas Enterprises, Fortune-Johnson, and J.Tucker Development Partners.Danny has a Bachelor or Science degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University as well as the designation of Certified Professional Constructor from the American Institute of Constructors. He is a member of Sigma Lambda Chi which is the National Honor Society for Construction Professionals. Danny has managed the construction process for over 3,400 residential units including apartments, town homes, and senior living communities. Danny also has experience in the construction of retail, office, and restaurants. Over the last 16 years Danny has managed construction projects in Atlanta, Charlotte, Birmingham, Miami, Tampa, and Washington D.C.
Project Integration, LLC is currently licensed for Unlimited General Contractor Services by the State of Georgia.
